I did my project on the
Brookfield Zoo in Brookfield, Illinois. It is located right outside of Chicago. I chose this zoo because Chicago my favorite city and it sounded really interesting. The website I used was extremely helpful when doing my project. The information was all in one place and organized neatly. I could find anything I needed and it even has a countdown to when the zoo opens! The website also included a lot of pictures that I used in my PowerPoint presentation. All of the exhibits had featured animals and their pictures along with descriptions. It is a .org website which means it is run by an organization. The only thing that it did not have was a virtual tour. The website did give a map of the zoo and provide information for disabled individuals. The best part of the website was the link where you could explore all of the exhibits and different animals. Learning about their species and heritage was interesting. The only thing I would change about the website would be to include a virtual tour or zoo cam.
